You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Provide accurate information when creating an account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

You own the content you upload (study materials, documents).

By uploading content, you allow us to process it to generate quizzes.

Uploaded content is removed from our active systems after processing. Some data may persist in backups or with service providers for a limited time.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload content. Do not upload copyrighted content you do not own or have permission to use.

Generated quizzes are for your personal educational use.

StudyGlen offers one-time credit packs for AI quiz generation and educational comic creation. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Upon purchase, credits are delivered to your account immediately and never expire.

By purchasing a credit pack, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU once credits are added to your account.

If you have not used any credits from your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days by emailing support@studyglen.com.

Credit packs where credits have been used are non-refundable, as the digital content has been consumed.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Do not use StudyGlen for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

Examples of prohibited activities:

Uploading copyrighted material without permission

Generating harmful or inappropriate content

Attempting to hack or reverse engineer the service

Using automated tools to access the service

Reselling access to the service

Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits

StudyGlen owns the service, including its design, code, and branding.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service without permission.

Our name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without permission.

StudyGlen is provided 'as is' without any warranties.

We do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

AI-generated quizzes may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify the accuracy of quizzes before relying on them for important purposes.

We are not responsible for academic outcomes or consequences from using our service.

To the extent permitted by law, StudyGlen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Some locations may not allow these limitations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms.

When your account is closed, you lose access to the service.

We may keep some information as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
