How do StudyGlen credits work?
Each StudyGlen credit pack gives you study credits and comic credits. One study credit equals one quiz or one flashcard deck generation. One comic credit equals one comic generation. Credits never expire, so use them whenever you want.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a free tier?
Yes! You get 1 free quiz or flashcard per day, plus 1 comic to try out, no credit card required. The free tier also includes 5 Anki deck imports per day — bring your existing .apkg or .colpkg files and StudyGlen will preserve your scheduling. Buy a credit pack whenever you need more.
Do credits expire?
No! Credits never expire. Buy a pack and use them at your own pace — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
What is your refund policy?
If you haven't used any credits from your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days by emailing support@studyglen.com. Once credits have been used, the pack is non-refundable.
